Over 40% of parents in Central Texas struggle to provide enough diapers each month for their baby.

The average cost of diapers per baby is $100 each month.

Diapers are not covered by any federal or state program, including food stamps. Families already struggling with low-paying jobs, medical bills, addiction, and other crises must also find a way to budget at least $100 for diapers per month for each child.  As prices increase on basic needs, these families struggle even more.

Please help by making a gift to the Austin Diaper Bank. Your tax-deductible gift directly translates to diapers for families in our community. With your support, we can purchase diapers in bulk directly from manufacturers and give them out to our 40 partner agencies and directly to the 35,000 families we help each year.  Your gift means diapers for babies – a gift that is truly priceless to moms who want the best for their little ones.

We have events throughout the year to support our programs and work in the community.  From our Annual Gala, the Austin Diaper Bank Bash to our yearly diaper distribution day.  We can work with your company to support families in Central Texas.

Gifts of Stock
Gifts of stock, especially long-term appreciated stock, provide benefits to the Austin Diaper Bank and you. We can put your funds to work immediately and you can:

  • Give away appreciated assets and usually avoid tax on the gain
  • Receive the regular charitable income tax deduction if you itemize your taxes
  • Claim a tax deduction for the full fair market value (rather than the cost value) of your stock if you have owned the securities for more than one year

Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company offers a matching gifts program your gift to the Austin Diaper Bank could be doubled or even tripled.
